1. Services

We provide junk removal and hauling services in Dothan, Alabama and surrounding areas. Quotes are estimates and final pricing may vary based on actual volume and conditions.

2. Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

3. Items We Cannot Accept

Certain hazardous materials or prohibited items may not be accepted. These include but are not limited to:

• Chemicals and hazardous waste
• Medical waste
• Asbestos-containing materials
• Explosives or ammunition

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in advance.

5. Liability

M&S Junk Removal is not responsible for damage to items being removed or for items left behind after a cleanout has been completed. We take care during all jobs but cannot guarantee against all possible damage.

6. Website Use

This website is provided as-is. We are not responsible for errors, downtime, or inaccuracies in website content.
